Alastair became a partner of BCM in 2005.
He is involved in all aspects of rural consultancy and heads up the firm’s valuation department. He also oversees the training and development of our graduate rural consultants.

Andrew is a founding partner of BCM and has been operating in southern England since 1991.
He is the managing partner of the business and deals with all aspects of rural consultancy. He also holds director and trustee roles for a variety of farming, estate and wider property companies and trusts.

Ed Pettit-Mills
Ed joined BCM Wilson Hill in 2021 from a national firm and has advised on the management of rural estates throughout southern England since 2006.
Ed previously specialised in the management of substantial country houses and their estates on behalf of new owners. He also carries out valuation work and all aspects of rural consultancy. In addition, he is a partner in the family farming business in Hampshire.

Georgina divides her time between the Winchester and Isle of Wight offices providing rural consultancy and estate management advice. She also specialises in environmental work including Countryside Stewardship and the Sustainable Farming Incentive.

Henry is a founding partner of BCM and has been practising in the south of England since 1993.
His expertise focuses on farm and estate management (with clients from the Isle of Wight to County Durham) as well as being the lead partner for sales and purchases of farms and estates.
